A Change In Plans.

Well I havent updated in quite a while and a lot has happened. So where should I begin?
Went to go see the Dark Knight but only got to see half the movie since Jason and I needed to deal with a family emergency. Its just a movie Ill get to see the final half later.
This past weekend Jason took me and a few friends hiking to a random cabin in the woods. The cabin was really cool the hike up just was horrible. It was up a mountain 3 miles in 97 degree heat. We saw a bear and I almost got bitten by a rattle snake. Um yea not exactly good times going up. But like I said the cabin was very cool. I guess its like some random 150 year old hunting cabin that people just stay in. I will admit it was very creepy to sleep in.

This is a picture from a different time I went hiking and was happy with it. I didnt take any pictures going up this last time because it was miserable. So I thought Id end the hiking portion with a little positivity.

Jasons brother Josh has officially moved in with us. That was a whole thing in its own. But for privacy reasons I wont go into details on that one. It'll be interesting to see how all this goes. I have a full house now. Me, Jason, Josh, two dogs, one cat, and Jasons mom is visiting right now.
Tommy arrives in Utah on August 4th. YAY!!! This should be fun. We're gonna try and go down to Phoenix for a few days and chill. Im so stoked to float the Salt River its one of my favorite things to do every year.
Work tonight. Ill be there till midnight probably for the Gears Of War Tournament. Im pretty sure Ill be changing stores in the next week or two. Promotions are cool and so is more money!

Cowboys & Indians.

The part on Saturday was a blast. There was plenty of chaos for my liking. I definately caught two people from the party having sex in the neighbors yard. It was hilarious! Called a girl out on being a slut...got sad that people look at her that way (said she wasnt), and turns out she hooked up with 3 guys that night....hhhmm yea, no. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the night. Considering I made my costume in about 25 min I was very impressed with the way it turned out.






Most of the guns were water guns so there was definately a war going on all night between the cowboys and indians.
Sunday was an ok day. I went to work, which was very slow, came home and relaxed. Just been working all week mostly. Saturday and Sunday I have off work so Jason and I are going hiking/camping with some friends. We go 3 miles up into the mountains and are staying at some random cabin in the middle of the woods.....so yea if we dont come back down u know why. This place is seriously set up to be a total slasher flick. gah. We're leaving at like 8 am cause the hike will suck balls if we leave any later. It gets way f'in hot up there.

My Boring Week.

This week has been pretty uneventful so far. Ive really just woken up, gone to work, came home, and watched some Buffy. heh yea Im totally watching season 3. Well I was until I finished it this morning. Call it lame if u like but I used to and still love that show.
Its 1:30 in the afternoon and I just got outta the shower. My plans are to drive Jason to work around 3 and than go costume shopping for the Cowboys & Indians Party on Sat. Im still deciding which I should be. I think I would make a cuter Indian. BUT I think it would be cheaper to be a Cowgirl. The Indian costume I would also have to make......but Ill probably like it more than.
Got some lottery tickets for my birthday that I need to check and see if I won. That would be pretty effin sweet.
I have next weekend off so I think Im going to have a yard sale Saturday morning and than go camping Saturday night with Jason. Which should be fun. It just means A LOT of hiking. Ok well since my week was pretty lame I dont really have anything else to write. Update Sunday with pictures from Saturday.

What A Weekend.

So my weekend ended up being way more fun than I had expected. The BBQ on Saturday was a blast. I had the people I wanted most there. (Minus Kimmy) and Jason and a bunch of friends over too. I was most happy though about my girls being there. With our work schedules and what not we never seem to have time to all get together.

So we made some food, played some drinking games, and watched the fights. Which I was very very happy about my boy Forest winning. He's probably the 2nd hottest guy in the UFC to me. No one can top George St. Pierre. Oh my Canadian eye candy. After the fights some of my friends had gone home, at this point it was mostly Jasons friends at the house. So I decided to go with my friend Drew to a gay club in SLC. I think it was called Babylon. Maybe....I dont remember. Well it was my first time to a gay club but seriously I had the time of my life. I met some of Drews friends, which one in particular I could not stand. Either way I basically just hung out and danced all night. I eventually ended up dancing on the main stage with one of Drews friends Collin or something like that. Im not that shy of a person so it was an experience to say the least. After the club I was exhausted so they drove me home and I passed out. mm I love sleep.
Sundays was an adventure as well. We woke up terribly late though. I think around like 2:30pm. Well we got up cleaned up the house from the night before. Which it was a wreck but surprisingly I got in clean up mode and it was spotless in like an hour. After cleaning up Jason and I decided to go with out friends Katie and Jason R. for a hike. We decided to take the dogs to get them some well needed excercise. It was an awsome hike, it led up to a waterfall. In total it was a 3 mile hike, with an elevation of 1500 ft. Its supposed to take you about two hours to get to the top...we did in like an hour and a half. I was actually impressed with out time, I thought it would take us longer especially with the dogs. Kairi (my lil dog) did really well climbing the rocky areas considering her size. The waterfall was absolutely beautiful and so was the view of Ogden from there.

A New Beginning.

My LiveJournal I never kept up with. Maybe if I change to something different it was inspire me to write more about my life. Either way, we'll have to see what happens.

I turned 22 on the 2nd. I don't feel like I'm that old now. I still feel like I'm 16 and definitely still act like it. Turning 22 inspired me to cut my hair. It always makes me look older when I cut my hair.
Ive started painting again. Geez it feels like forever since Ive picked up a paint brush. It feels really good to have a creative outlet again. I just wish something could REALLY inspire me to start writing again. During late November & December of last year I was definitely bitten by the writing bug again. Sadly though what made me want to write is no longer in my life. Dont know if it ever will be again. Doubt it.
